oh my goooodness, I'm going to be printing off a bunch of these for reference. Those jello bites! I've had a recipe for homemade marshmallows that I haven't mustered the willpower to try yet. The only use I've gotten out of my first purchase of beef gelatin has been adding it to the water of cooking rice. Another good use!
