Thank you for admitting your struggles! I am also struggling with phone addiction. I deleted all my social media except substack and that has helped my anxiety a lot! I'd love to join in a book club about how to continue towards real life and health!

Hey Hannah, I too am on the journey of using my phone less. I have a three year old and a five month old, and can totally relate to your struggle. While I definitely don't have it all figured out, here are some things that have helped me: following the AIR method (look it up here: https://www.staygrounded.online/s/the-air-method), "The Pull" series by Peter Limberg (also here on Substack), always having a fiction book on-hand to read when I sit down to nurse my daughter, and putting my phone on the charger, away from my bed, long before actually going to bed. I still have a ways to go, but these have helped me tremendously. I'd love to do a book club with Catherine Price's book!
