I am honestly so excited to be sharing this post introducing a new section on my Substack: Nourishment.
Basically, I love food. I love cooking. I love inventing recipes. I love taking pictures of the food. I love talking about recipes with friends and family.
And I'm bringing that all here.
It has taken many years for me to heal my relationship with food and I am so happy to be in a place of peace with it all.
I am on a journey of trying to make truly nourishing food for my family - food that focuses on real ingredients that are locally raised if possible- without being obsessive. I am interested in getting back to the ancestral roots of food preparation. I hope to bring you along on this journey through sharing what I'm cooking and eating (what I eat in a day/week), thoughts on food and healing our relationship with it and of course, lots of recipes.
